 What pain? If the rename is to happen, then I think it should be done before 
11.3, exactly to make it simpler for users. New users will get the repo from 
the start and won't have an ... well, obsolete repo, and existing users need 
to switch at some point anyway. The list of repos offered as community repos 
can be AFAIK modified even after release, but that doesn't help with people 
who have already added that repo.

 Not really. With the new repo I don't see a reason for keeping a worse 
version of it, except temporarily for transition.

 I like this. With the exception of TRUNK, I think that should stay as 
UNSTABLE. Trunk is a SVN term that's a) way too technical, b) going away in 
the future.
