I'd like to say that I think that this is a huge mistake. 4.3.2 was a big stability improvement for me personally over 4.3.1. 11.2 may be in "version freeze" but isn't that bendable a bit? Especially for something like KDE - a core component, *and* 4.3.1 is a bug fix release, not a new-feature release.
Actually 11.2 will ship almost-4.3.2, we kept updating until the freeze, which was only a few days before the 4.3.2 release. And we will not do mass updates anymore, only specific bugfixes. Even bugfix releases can introduce new problems (there is at least one know regression in 4.3.2). -- Lubos Lunak KDE developer -------------------------------------------------------------- SUSE LINUX, s.r.o. e-mail: l.lunak@suse.cz , l.lunak@kde.org Lihovarska 1060/12 tel: +420 284 084 672 190 00 Prague 9 fax: +420 284 028 951 Czech Republic http://www.suse.cz -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-kde+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse-kde+help@opensuse.org
