The error I see in /var/log/NetworkManager is : ....NetworkManager: <WARN> connection_get_settings_cb(): connection_get_settings_cb: Invalid connection: 'NMSettingWireless' / '(null)' invalid: 3
Hiya This happens when KNM provides a connection to NetworkManager which NetworkManager doesn't like. Can you isolate which connection (from KNM) is causing this error? Back up your KNM connections (in ~/.kde4/share/apps/networkmanagement and ~/.kde4/share/config/networkmanagementrc) then methodically delete wireless connections, using the UI (kcmshell4 kcm_networkmanagement) and restart knetworkmanager after each delete, while watching the log until you notice the error goes away. Then send me the problematic connection file (from your backup of ~/.kde4/share/apps/networkmanagement/connections), restore your backup, and use the instructions at http://userbase.kde.org/NetworkManagement#It.27s_All_KDE.27s_Fault.21 to get me the dbus view of the broken connection. Then I'll have a fix ready for you sharpish. WIll -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-kde+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse-kde+help@opensuse.org
