[opensuse-kde] kmail and attachments

Hi, With the latest update, the problem I had in the 4.3 betas is back - I can't save attachments from kmail anymore. It thinks all attachments are encrypted, and when "decrypting" saves a 0 byte file. This was fixed in the release candidates and final builds.
