It's on it's own schedule. The knm4 packages available via openSUSE Build
Service repositories are svn snapshots of unreleased stuff - and should be
judged as such.
Afaik Will is aware of the issues, and I'm sure he's frantically hacking away,
maybe a better package is already making it's way through the OBS.

I just upgraded to final release KDE 4.3 and network manager no longer
switches to the wireless icon when I'm connected to a WLAN. This was
working in all the release candidates just fine. It only displays
information for wired connections. Attached is a screen shot showing PC
connected to wireless, but network manager only showing status for wired
connection.
