The vpnc settings dialog for the KDE4 version of Networkmanager have
not been working. Now it seems that it hasn't been fully implemented.
From bugs.kde.org bug 188489:
"Only the UI code for VPNC and the storage layer are implemented, none
of the plumbing between the two. Anyone want to step up and
contribute a patch? I can give you a lot of tips how to go about it."
Should the NetworkManager-vpnc-kde4 package be provided if it does not
work at all?
Probably shouldn't have been but I have just implemented the missing VPNC
plumbing and checked in to KKFD - please give feedback at kde#188489.
