 I have moved it from KDE:KDE4:Playground to KDE:KDE4:Factory:Desktop and 
submitted for Factory.

 According to http://en.opensuse.org/Roadmap/11.2, either Aug 06 or Aug 20, 
depending on the exact interpretation of the Milestone 6 goals.

has the package shipped with openSUSE Factory, right now it's the KDE3 
version until the KDE4 version request gets accepted. The devel project for 
the KDE4 version is
