[opensuse-kde] kmail + attachments

Hi,
In the 4.3 alpha series, kmail seems to be totally incapable of saving
attachments - it thinks all attachments are encrypted and offers to decrypt
them. If I say "no, keep encryption", it crashes. If I say "yes, please
decrypt", it will save a 0 byte file.
Opening the attachment with an application works, so it's apparently only the
save code that's broken.
In bugs.kde.org there is a bug report about this, but nothing has happened in
it, so my question is: is this not a common bug? Does it work for most people?
If it does, then it could be the interaction between kmail and something else
installed
Anyone?
