[opensuse-kde] Fixing an app to a desktop

Could someone please remind me how to get my web browser (Firefox) to stay on
desktop 2, rather than move to the current desktop when called by a clicked
link?
Is it in the 'right-click-on-the-titlebar' menu, or in the 'Control Centre
(Configure Desktop)'?
