[opensuse-kde] How to reopen a bug in KDE bugzilla

Hi all,
I have installed beta of KDE 4.3. Unfortunately I've found several regressions
in Plasma panel, so I reported all of them to KDE bugzilla. But one bug [1]
was closed as INVALID. Developer tolds me that I have to change panel size
manually, even if I noticed that I did not able to do that.
Another thing is that change of panel size triggered by clicking on random
widget is broken by design - if it is really intended - but in Plasma case I'm
not surprised.
But I'd like to ask - is there any way how to reopen a bug, or is enough add a
comment to it?

Best regards
