replace /Factory:/Desktop/ with:
http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/KDE:/42/openSUSE_11.1/

/Factory:/Extra-apps/ is not needed anymore, since it's been phased out, and 
the packages have been moved to KDE4:/Community or KDE4:/Playground.

Currently there don't seem to be flavours of KDE4:/Community/ and 
KDE4:/Playground building against the KDE:/42/ repo. That should probably be 
fixed ASAP ;-)
