There are a few other weather plasmoids available in the
KDE:KDE4:Community repository which could help you out here.
A good example is the plasmoid-cwp. This weather plasmoid is very
configurable and has quite a number of weather resources.

hasn't got any african weather stations and a search of kde-look doesn't
find anything new. I don't understand why they deviated from airport
weather data. I suppose all I can do is file a bug.
