Publish was turned off for UNSTABLE:Desktop, but I don't know why.  I switched 
off UNSTABLE:Extra-Apps yesterday while I was licking koffice2-rc1 into shape.  
I would like to recommend that packagers send a mail here if they are turning 
off publish so others know when it's ok to enable it.  

Generally we disable publish for a few days before a 'big' KDE release so we 
can deal with any last minute problems and stop the release turning into a 
messy race between distros.
