Hi Stephan,

Both these packages are already in the KDE4:Community repository.  Also
SMB4K is in it's 0.10.2 version in openSUSE:Factory:Contrib repository
and with the latest svn version in de KDE4:Community.

I am currently maintaining these packages, however due to the KDE4 port
I have renamed them to kde4-kvpnc and kde4-smb4k.

Please let me know if I should submit them for openSUSE:Factory (and
what the naming convention should be)
