Hello Mates,

last year i began to update my KDE4 to unstable. Then this year the 
unstable Tree was moved to Factory. Now i'm using the Factory Tree.
But i found some Applications (eg kde4-kblogger) that not works with the 
Factory Tree and yast says: "Downgrade".
So i haved the idea to build this kblogger with the Factory Tree, and 
modified my spec to ">= 4.2.1".
I think other Users of the Factory Tree would like to have this app for 
own using. 
What is the right place for an Submitrequest?
I found in KDE:KDE4:Community an kblogger Version, but only for the 
stable Tree. 
So i mean, that we can make an new Repository 
KDE:KDE4:Community:Factory. Or i can rename my Package to "kde4-
kblogger-factory"?
What are you meaning?
