Let's continue from where we stopped on IRC.

You can install:
extragear plasmas, libplasma.so.1, kde4knewsticker, 
kdebase4-worrkspace-plasmoids and libkonq4 

What is the problem? 
Can you post error meesages? 
What you see in YaST?
