In case it's more likely a general KDE bug, file it here: https://bugs.kde.org/

Thanks, I have accounts for both already, I just haven't reported a bug for a build service package yet and wondered what the procedure was. Regards Dave P
If you have also a Build Service account, then you can visit the Build Service site of the package in the appropriate project. There you'll find a link to report a bug for this package in the Novell Bugzilla. Some fields of the report form are already filled with the correct values.

I found a link to bugzilla at the build service wiki and have managed to log in, I see it's the opensuse.org product I needed. I can't contact the packager, he only has a link to a website with no email at all as I really think this is an installation script problem. Regards Dave P
When you use the report bug link in the build service, the packager gets automatically informed about the new bug report.
When you use this link it should look like this: http://imagebin.ca/view/nsJLg_NQ.html
