Why not do an 'osc submitreq' to either of your desired destinations?
For more info see the wiki[0]. One of the beauties of the
BuildService is that it gives you the opportunity and tools to get
your apps into wider circulation.

kradio, FM/AM tuner for kde, has been ported to kde4 and beta1 version
released two days ago
http://kradio.sourceforge.net/
please add this app to Factory/Extra-App or Community
i've built it in my sanbox in buildservice
https://build.opensuse.org/package/show?package=kradio4&project=home:HighwayStar:sandbox
and it working good for me with KDE4:/Factory/openSUSE_11.1
