KDE 4.2 will not work with Qt 4.5 ever. Hence providing packages of that combination does not make sense.
If you are using those packages you have to change your repo, as it was just announced on IRC that the repo will be removed.
KDE 4.3 will obviously work with Qt 4.5, yet as it is pre-alpha you should stick to either the KDE:KDE4:STABLE repos or if you are ready to take the risk, the KDE:KDE4:Factory: repos.
