I would suggest making the layout a bit more compact to make it easier to
read. The URL can be just a single clickable character, so it wouldn't take
so much space, and the 'requires' column is IMHO rather unimportant and
could go last.

I would also suggest an extra column that'd be used for a recommendation
what to do with the package ('drop','contrib','keep',...). E.g. as the 3rd
column since that's the most important thing eventually, with a name who
did the suggestion.
