Ok, thanks, but since my desktop is a bit messed now, I can't say whether it 
looks okay or whether plasma* is messed too now...

Really....? I hoped they would test it themselves at least...

Sounds like "we had to destroy the village in order to save it"... ;-) I try 
to restore my desktop and then wil save ~/.kde4/share/config/plasma* and when 
the desktop gets messed again, restore this backed up files and hope it fixes 
it...
