May be the problem is, that the KDE:KDE4:Factory:Desktop build service project 
already contains KDE 4.2 final packages, which will be not delivered to the 
mirrors until the real release happens.

Other repositories (KDE:KDE4:Community for example) have already been built on 
top of KDE:KDE4:Factory:Desktop, so they depend on the final version and are 
already delivered to the mirrors. So there may be some dependency issues.

With the release of KDE 4.2 on tuesday everything should be fine.
