Then you did not read everything. From that page: "Same for not yet released 
versions of applications. The latter is usually indicated by a svn12345 as 
part of the package-name." kde4-k3b has that, i.e. kde4-
k3b-4.1.4.svn907132-2.10.i586.rpm

And there were already other reports about k3b for KDE4 which are closed as 
upstream.
