 No, we currently have no plans to drop basic runtime environment for KDE3 
applications (that is, kdelibs3 + kdebase3-runtime). What will no longer be 
officially provided by openSUSE11.2 is the KDE3 desktop, but KDE3 runtime 
should stay as long as (reasonably) needed.
