Heyhey,
well the quality range on this list is pretty wide, I'd recommend trying to
figure out which are still active (more or less) and move these to Contrib,
the other ones just mark as unmaintained and into kde:community or even
kde3:unmaintained or similar, they will propably keep building fine as kde3
isn't doing any big changes.
If an unmaintained one breaks just drop it unless somebody steps forward, as
hard as it sounds but beeing a community project everybody who requires it is
free to maintain.
Still the better ones like kmymoney should be kept at least in contrib so they
are in quick reach without adding a kde build service repository.
