Looking through KDE:/KDE4:/Factory:/ I noticed that only openSUSE_11.0 and
Factory have debug packages. SLE_10, openSUSE_10.3, and openSUSE_11.1 do not
have debug packages for KDE4.
There is also a bug report regarding this: https://bugzilla.novell.com/466896
