Ok, does KDE4 "kicker" (or how is it called now?) support "tiles", I
mean, those formerly found under /opt/kde3/share/apps/kicker/tiles ?
It's just called "panel" now (but it is supplied by the "plasma" process).
No, it doesn't support button background tiles. As far as I can see, this
feature was silently dropped. You could try filing a wishlist request vs
application "plasma" at bugs.kde.org and see if it gets rejected or a "could
