For me the konq profiles migrated pretty well. In some of them I had some tabs
with multiple split views, those behaved a bit weird. I also experienced
problems with non-ascii characters in profile names - at least when using the
konq-profiles plasma-widget. But overall only minor issues.

Hello! I finally did it, I had the ***** to install openSUSE 11.1 with
KDE 4.1. Gosh, that's so much different from KDE3...
Ok, does KDE4 "kicker" (or how is it called now?) support "tiles", I
mean, those formerly found under /opt/kde3/share/apps/kicker/tiles ?
And, do the Konqueror profiles still work (=kfmclient openProfile
mybeautifulfolderview in KDE3)?
Try it?
