I'm at 11.1 RC1 with KDE 4.1.3-4.3 and Konqueror 4.1.3-4.3.

This is second time today that I have to change KDE4 default applications. 

1) Me: Click on README on ftp server.
Konqueror: opens popup with what to do and message that file is recognized as 
text, but if I want to open it application is set to 'man'. There are other 
better suited in the list, but 'man' was on the top. 

After bunch of programs installed.

2) Me: Click on link in email.
Konqueror: goes to URL and opens file index.html in AbiWord. The same as 
above. There are 2 browsers and one html editor that can handle html, but 
AbiWord was first in the list. 

I didn't went further to check every setting, but I'll post if something pops 
up.
