They're not in lower versions, they're all 4.1.3. They just have lower build
numbers, but they are of course nevertheless more recent packages than your
installed ones. Dunno if there's anyway to avoid this minor problem when
moving stuff around between repos in the OBS.
I handle it this way.
Fire up YaST sw_single -> filter by repository -> select kde4:stable:desktop
repo -> right click random package -> All in this list -> Update
unconditionally
Repeat for other KDE4:stable repos you may have.

What about 11.0 users using KDE4.1.3 release, what repository?
Use KDE:KDE4:STABLE:Desktop for openSUSE 11.0 repository.
I'm in doubt, packages in STABLE are in lower version then FACTORY (and
already installed..)!
EG:
Installed: kdelibs4-4.1.3-63.3
STABLE: kdelibs4-4.1.3-4.1
Please, explaine better the situation and what we (11.0 users) have to
do now..
