They're not in lower versions, they're all 4.1.3. They just have lower build 
numbers, but they are of course nevertheless more recent packages than your 
installed ones. Dunno if there's anyway to avoid this minor problem when 
moving stuff around between repos in the OBS.

I handle it this way.

Fire up YaST sw_single -> filter by repository -> select kde4:stable:desktop 
repo -> right click random package -> All in this list -> Update 
unconditionally

Repeat for other KDE4:stable repos you may have.
