Note that adding Factory:Desktop is not enough, you will have to add the QT 
repo at 
<http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/KDE%3a/Qt/openSUSE_11.0/> , too.

To trigger the update start yast2 softwaremanagement, select" Filter-Package 
Groups->All packages" and then click into the list of available packages , 
tthen press right mouse button ->"All packages->update if newer version 
available"
