I think you're talking about something else, which is an annoying zypp 
resolver bug. the problem is that the backend packages are not upgraded to the 
same version than the main package, even though dependencies would recommend 
it to do so. make sure that the installed backend has the same version and 
release number like the main package of soprano. 

the sesame2 backend issue should already be fixed (at least the one I know 
about). make sure you have the latest version installed and check "ldd 
/usr/lib64/soprano/libsoprano_sesame2backend.so | grep found"
