There's no configuration file for knetworkmanager :(
Well, creted a new one and added:

[General]
Autostart=no

Great, now knetworkmanager doesn't start anymore but strange thing 
appear now, hp-toolbox appear in top-left corner of the screen instead 
of systray :(

Any hints ?
