Weird..
I manually added two accounts, ok. Then copy & paste another account 
from old kmailrc. Kmail starts without errors but "new" account doesn't 
appear in kmail settings..

rm .kmailrc and copy and past .kmailrc from kmail3. Again, kmail starts 
without errors, settings seem ok but on the left block directories are 
not showed! Only the name is missing, number (read/unread) are ok and I 
can click on empty space and see directory content..
Index are broken and need to be rebuilded..

This is kmail ouput in konsole:
