I have about 350GB of music files, mostly flac and some mp3. On 10.3,
amaroK took a couple of hours to index them (build the collection list),
but on 11 with KDE 3.5.9 it's been running for three days and has got to
55%. Using the sqlite database.
You are not alone. It tooks me much more time than in openSUSE 10.3 to build
the collection list in both of my computers, desktop and laptop.
I suggest file a bug report on bugzilla.novell.com and let us know its bug ID.
