Hi,
When I try to build kdebase from trunk with kdesvn-build in a
x86-64 I get the the error:
[ 25%] Linking CXX shared module ../../../lib/kcm_pci.so
Generating nsplugins_class_interface.moc
/usr/lib64/gcc/x86_64-suse-linux/4.2.1/../../../../x86_64-suse-linux/bin/ld:
/usr/lib64/gcc/x86_64-suse-linux/4.2.1/../../../../lib64/libpci.a(access.o):
relocation R_X86_64_32S against `a local symbol' can not be used when
making a shared object; recompile with -fPIC
/usr/lib64/gcc/x86_64-suse-linux/4.2.1/../../../../lib64/libpci.a:
could not read symbols: Bad value
collect2: ld returned 1 exit status
make[2]: *** [lib/kcm_pci.so] Error 1
make[1]: *** [apps/kinfocenter/pci/CMakeFiles/kcm_pci.dir/all] Error 2
Do anyone knows how to solve this problem?
Thanks,
Danilo Luvizotto
