[opensuse-kde] KDE:Qt44 repository required for KDE:KDE4:UNSTABLE* users

Hi, 

the KDE:KDE4:UNSTABLE repositories now require you to add KDE:Qt44 repository 
as well, if you use openSUSE 10.2 or openSUSE 10.3. if you install via the 
one-click install, this will be done for you automatically. if you manually 
added the source, please add the KDE:Qt44 source as well. 

No change needed for factory users or for KDE:KDE4:STABLE* users.
