That so very wrong idea.
The only reson to publish development release is to get feedback about bugs
from users. That feedback are bug reports.
If you don't report bugs that you see, and everybody else does the same, how
developer can see a bug. On his computer, with his software and hardware
configuration, it can appear all fine. On your computer it can be different.
