[opensuse-kde] Rendering quirks in taskbar panel KDE 4.0.1

Hi all,

For the last two or three updates from /KDE4:/STABLE:/, my taskbar panel seems
to be somewhat corrupted. I've attached a clipped portion from a screenshot,
you can see that the wallpaper shows through on the left and right. Since
taking that screenshot, it also appears in the bottom, but I won't bother
creating a new screenshot. As well, the "gradient" rendering on top of the
taskbar is a little coarser than I remember.

The panel looked proper (?) from the time I started using 4.0.0, nice, shiny,
and full width and depth. It just seems that over the last couple of updates
it has borked. I ignored it at first, figuring it would be one of those
things that corrected itself on the next update.

Has anyone else seen this? Should I file this as an openSUSE bug or KDE?
Only reason I'm asking is that I know openSUSE backported some of the plasma
patches to 4.0.1 from trunk, so I'm not sure if the KDE devs would accept it
as a bug report.

Cheers,
KV
