I need to check on my Factory system this evening. But so far i did not have
the problem on factory. It can be because i have only KDE4 on my Factory (after
updating a fresh install of the Alpha2 x86_64 KDE Version.
AFAIK the KDE4 Bug with the duplicated Icons in general has been solved.

This is 11.0, and the desktop icons keep overlapping every session.
