The build service in combination with Factory creates situations where the
packages are out of sync more often than not - simply due to the fact that
it takes over a day to rebuild it all. But I can't reproduce your problem:

coolo@desdemona#~>rpm -qi kdebase4-workspace
...
Install Date: Do 14 Feb 2008 21:26:20 CET      Build Host: build07
...
Distribution: KDE:KDE4:STABLE:Desktop / openSUSE_Factory

I.e. I installed it last tuesday.

coolo@desdemona#~>rpm -q --requires kdebase4-workspace| grep kla
libxklavier.so.12

Oh, or are you using x86_64? Then the problem is different, because the
x86_64 Factory within build service is not synced by source checking but
by Adrian :)
