Let me try:
GNOME foot icon instead of KDE 'K with gear' icon. 

GNOME is not used here, although due to dependency resolution for some 
packages, I guess, that is installed almost all of the GNOME. I reported some 
bug(s) on this problem. 

KDE4 is started as different user that is using only KDE4.
This is second update on the same content in ~.kde4 directory, but after last 
delete there was KDE Main Menu icon, not GNOME foot. 

I see that new update is available, so I'll update right now and delete ~.kde4 
before starting updated version.
