Hello everyone,

I got a problem copying contacts from one addressbook to another. 
The german umlauts are lost in this process, regardless if I use
the clipboard or explicitly save an contact as vcf and import it in
the other addressbook.

I am running openSUSE 10.2, KDE 3.5.8.  It seems to work
ok with both a 10.3 test installation and with a Debian based
installation (this one on another machine).

Other infos:

> env | grep -i lang
LANG=de_DE.UTF-8

> uname -rv
2.6.18.8-0.7-default #1 SMP Tue Oct 2 17:21:08 UTC 2007

Does anyone have a hint for me?
