Just wondering, since the KDE4 packages for openSUSE 10.x aren't
"officially" supported, where is the most appropriate place to file bug
reports? Should it be at bugzilla.novell.com or at kde.org?

As an example, I've found a quirk where the icons in konq don't display
text underneath despite my setting it as a default, I need to reset it each
time I launch a KDE4 session. Is that a KDE bug or something I should
formally report to openSUSE ? Quirks like that and such.

I would think such a bug belongs at kde.org. As we patch KDE4 only to a
minimum (where we patched KDE3 pretty heavily meanwhile), most bugs are
not our's.

Unfortunately your bug report has good chances to get lost on both bugzillas
due to the huge amount of bugs there are. So use kde.org for bugs that are
"damn, that should work" and novell.com for bugs that "ouch, we better have
that fixed soon" - I trust you to find the balance. Remember, that the KDE
team at novell has more to do than fixing KDE4 bugs.

The ideal would be of course if more people would start fixing bugs :)
