Just wondering, since the KDE4 packages for openSUSE 10.x aren't
"officially" supported, where is the most appropriate place to file bug
reports? Should it be at bugzilla.novell.com or at kde.org?
As an example, I've found a quirk where the icons in konq don't display
text underneath despite my setting it as a default, I need to reset it each
time I launch a KDE4 session. Is that a KDE bug or something I should
formally report to openSUSE ? Quirks like that and such.

you will find a bugreport link.
