This is regular:

and this was added after the problem showed up:
http://ftp5.gwdg.de/pub/opensuse/repositories/KDE:/KDE4/openSUSE_10.3/
Stephan found the problem, and I'm running test right now.
First sign is good.

The following package is going to be REMOVED:
strigi-ui
That is the one that made whole problem.
Update is done.

looks like you`re trying to install KDE:KDE4 of 10.3 on something that is
not 10.3. Is that the case?
No. This installation is the relative fresh 10.3 retail i586 running on x86_64
hardware.
otherwise, what is your distro and how does your sources list look like?
