There's an option in Settings -> Configure Konversation -> Behaviour -> Chat
Window -> to "hide join/part/nick events".
Never tried it though.
Alternatively you might be able to do something with /ignore or something like
that.

i am trying to tell Konversation to hide every notifications like "xyz
enters/leaves this channel" and so on...
I read http://konversation.berlios.de/docs/cfg-notifications.html.
I tried out a lot, but in my opinion there is only the possibility, to
make new notifications instead of hide an existing one.
