[opensuse-kde] Can't start KDE4 in second session as another user

Can't start KDE4 in second session as another user. It bail out with:
"Call to lnusertemp failed (temporary directories full?). Check your
installation."
The /tmp/ is far from being full. Though I found and corrected one ownership
problem in /tmp/kde-<user1> where user2 was owner.
Removed .kde4 and it was created again, but the problem persists.
