It's not worth reporting general KDE4 bugs yet, but anything to do with the
SUSE 10.3 integration of KDE4 would be.
For example:
*) Settings of KDE3 app corrupted after trying KDE4 version of the same
*) KDE4 app starts under KDE3 when trying to start KDE3 version
*) Vice-versa when running a KDE4 session
*) Unexpected problems when starting a KDE4 session ("KDM tries to start a
session and then everything crashes and returns to KDM" is almost expected,
though)
