[opensuse-kde] KDE-3.5.7-31.1 Only one Instance of Konqueror possible

Hello List, hello Maintainer
Since the latest Upgrades of KDE i can only load one instance of
Konqueror by the time. Itś not possible to have Konqueror open as
Webbrowser and as Filemanager together.
If this a new Feature, where is the setting to this, otherwise i
just want to have you informed.
